REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Refund application period: You can apply for a refund within 30 days from the date you received the product.

Return conditions: The product must be in unused condition, including original packaging, tags and accessories. If the product is damaged or worn after use, it may affect the refund amount.

Refund process:

Please contact us by email or customer service hotline and provide the order number and the reason for the refund.

We will provide you with a return address and specific return instructions.
Please send the product back as instructed, and the postage will be borne by the customer (if the return is due to product quality issues, the postage will be borne by us).
Refund processing: Once we receive the returned product and confirm that it is eligible for a refund, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days and refund it to your original payment method.
